Hanbury Hall is full of fun adventures for all the family. There’s always lots to do to keep little ones busy in the great outdoors, from exploring the playground, to discovering the gardens in a seasonal trail.
Discover the gardens at Hanbury Hall this May half-term with the Flora, Fauna and Folklore Trail which runs everyday from Saturday 25 May - Sunday 2 June.
Pick up a trail booklet and pencil from reception and complete nature-inspired activities as you discover the wonderful flora and fauna that live at Hanbury Hall. Find all the animal footprints, spot the beautiful flowers growing in the garden, and complete the animal wordsearch. £2 per trail.
Join Zoolab at Hanbury Hall for a fun animal show where you’ll have the chance to get up close with giant snails, tarantulas, lizards, frogs, snakes, and more! Hear all about how these creatures relate to folklore, and the amazing tales, myths and legends that have been told about them through the years.

£11 per ticket (one child and one accompanying adult). Children must have an adult with them at all times. Normal admission charges also apply.
Tuesday 28th, Wednesday 29th, Thursday 30th of May at 11:30-12:15, 12:45-13:30 and 14:00 - 14:45.
Open 9.30am till 4.30pm, the playground is situated at the edge of the parkland behind the Stableyard.
With a swing, a slide, climbers and wooden tipis, the playground is the perfect place for little explorers to let off some steam and spend time in nature.
The playground is suitable for children under 12 years of age. Please ensure children are supervised at all times. Assistance dogs only.
