Join a professional yoga instructor for an outdoor class suited to all ability levels. Connect with your body, and with nature, through yoga linked to the season. A wet-weather location is available. Please bring your own mat.
Admission to the house and garden is not included in the ticket price.

Children over 14 who are accompanied by a parent or guardian can take part.
- Meeting point
Visitor reception. Session starts at 10.30, so arrive at 10.20 to allow 10mins to walk to the outdoor location. In the case of wet weather, an indoor venue is available.
- What to bring and wear
Comfortable sports clothes and trainers. Warm clothes or a blanket. Yoga mat. Water.
- Accessibility
All areas are accessible. Please contact your GP if you have any concerns about undertaking this sort of exercise prior to attending.
- Other
Exercise carries a risk and each individual is encouraged to take responsibility for this risk, and practice / move within their body's limits. To inform the yoga teacher of any medical and/or musculoskeletal conditions prior to the class. To gain medical clearance to exercise if you have an uncontrolled medical condition. Outdoor yoga carries additional risk, due to exposure to the elements and uneven surfaces. Each individual is encouraged to have access to sun cream, a hat and sunglasses to protect the skin and eyes. To bring warm clothing for guided meditation at the end of the practice (jumper, socks, blanket). To be able to walk over uneven surfaces, such as grass without a path. 5-10minute walk to summer lawn from Visitor Reception - you must be able to walk this distance comfortably. Mat based class - you must be able to get on and off the mat independently. Admission to the house and garden is not included in the ticket.
