May Half Term at Ickworth: Storytelling in the Stumpery

Join us this May half-term as we embark on a magical storytelling journey in the Italianate Garden and Stumperies at Ickworth Estate.

Join us for storytelling over the May half-term where lush gardens and ancient trees will come alive through creative stories written about Ickworth Estate.

This activity is designed for Children under the age of 10, but anybody is welcome to join in, because after all who doesn’t love a good story.

Tickets are £3 per person and include an Ickworth story themed badge. The event will begin on the Italianate Garden lawn at 10:45am, please walk to the Italinate Garden where you will be met by the storytellers. The event will last around an hour. There will be three stories to listen to and a chance to explore the stumperies to find the famous Ickworth Dragon! All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the duration of the event. Please wear weather appropriate clothing and bring water with you as this event will take place outside. This event will take place sat on the lawn, if you would like a chair or a blanket, please bring one with you to the activity. Normal Estate admission charges apply.
